Founded in 2007, Cross and Churchill Estates Limited [RC No. 776998] has grown to be one of the notable real estate development companies in Lagos, Nigeria.

While Cross and Churchill has been in existence for the past 16 years, the first 7 years was purely focused on Residential Estate Development (Serviced Plots within Gated Communities). While the last 9 years has been focused on both residential estate development and development of residential apartments.

 

Prior to this time Cross & Churchill Real Estates in furtherance of its residential development initiative commenced the following projects:
  • Shepherd’s Apartments (10 units of 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments) located at |Ibeju-Lekki,
  • Elay’s Imperial Court | (16 units of terrace duplexes) located at Ogombo, Lekki,
  • Fort Alexander (10 units of terrace duplexes with BQ) located at Ogombo-Lekki.
